Investment at ul. Strobowska 38 in Skierniewice, the main contractor of which is Przedsiębiorstwo EL-IN Sp. z o. o. is rapidly approaching its end.

Stage IV was 100% completed, which included, among others: installation of gas boiler rooms, facades, internal plasters and floors. All connections to the buildings, tree plantings, small architecture and the fence of the estate along with the entrance gate were also completed. A 150-meter section of the road and sidewalks, installation of balustrades, installation of sheet metal flashings on garbage shelters and cleaning works remain to be completed. The final electricity supply to the common areas will soon be launched in the estate.
