The history of EL-IN began in 1974 when Jan Wach started his business, and his small artisan workshop, employing two people, grew thanks to the implementation of electrical works. See how we have developed over the last 50 years.

1974
Jan Wach starts his business in Skierniewice. The small craft workshop, employing two people, grows by undertaking electrical power projects.
1989
In 1989, Poland undergoes a political transformation, opening up opportunities for small businesses to develop in a free market. Jan Wach seizes this chance, starting with the execution of his first major contracts and gradually taking on increasingly larger projects.
1996
The company is strengthening its position in the market and expanding its operations.
2002
With its dynamic growth, the company changed its name in 2002 to Przedsiębiorstwo „EL-IN” Tomasz Wach i Wspólnicy Spółka Jawna
2004
In 2004, the company undergoes a reorganization, resulting in the creation of two new divisions: the Infrastructure Construction Division and the Railway Construction Division.
2005
The year 2005 marks the fulfillment of dreams resulting from over thirty years of effort by Jan Wach. His daughter, Agnieszka Wach, joins the board.
2008
Since 2008, EL-IN has been providing horizontal directional drilling services. The compact size of the machine allows for drilling even in hard-to-reach places. The trained and experienced crew ensures accuracy and precision in the drilling operations.
2009
Forbes Diamonds – EL-IN takes 3rd place in the category of companies with revenues between 5-50 million PLN in the Łódź Voivodeship. The company is listed in the "Gazele Biznesu" ranking, which identifies the most dynamically developing enterprises in the country, compiled by the newspaper "Puls Biznesu".
2010
A subsidiary company is established in the Republic of Kazakhstan. EL-IN is also engaged in advanced discussions in Russia, Uzbekistan, and Gabon. In these countries, the company is interested in undertaking projects similar in scope to its operations in Poland.
2011
EL-IN receives the "Wokulski of the Year" award for 2010 in the category of medium and large enterprises in the northeastern region of the Łódź Voivodeship.
2016
The company undergoes a significant change in its operations by relocating its equipment and storage base. This move aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the growing demands of the business.
2021
There is a major change in the company's leadership. Paweł Kapusta joins the management board, bringing new perspectives and expertise to the team.
2022
EL-IN relocates its headquarters from Kościuszki Street to Waryńskiego Street. This change marks a new chapter for the company, providing a modern space to support its ongoing growth and development.
